"I have seen a lot of products that
try to do some of what you have done, but Yoga Functional Anatomy really gets it
right in many key areas where others fall short"

One of the best courses
on Yoga anatomy out there! Not just anatomy but modifications for students in almost
every possible pose and also on top of that exercises to re-correct most anatomical
misalignments. And it's all done as simple and as effortlessly as possible.
I'm sure anyone trained in Yoga Therapy would benefit from a wonderful program
you put together. I will continue to share on it and keep up the great work!

Greetings, You have the perfect Yoga product
at the right time!
With the recent backlash with articles and books on how unsafe Yoga is if it is
done without anatomical, kinematic and physiological understanding, I believe that
your software is and will be for awhile a great tool in the Yoga world.

I have been sharing the priceless benefits of your “FUNCTIONAL ANATOMY OF YOGA”
program –here with groups of patients. Their feedback and appreciation for is SO
very far beyond wonderful!!! This sort of occurrence, is DEFINITELY not “The norm!”
– FAR FROM IT, I assure you! ... SO very refreshing- from THIS clinician’s perspective!
Gosh! (This project is still in its infancy (it’s my BABY!!! ) – But the response
is UNANIMOUS. Clients are ABSOLUTELY loving my interacting with them as individuals
and helping them adapt any particular pose!
When I am able to connect with each patient, gently providing some external feedback
(using mirrors, modeling/ describing what their body is doing (without their conscious
awareness) – I am able to bring them back to the moment-mindful of their movements,
their present experience, and as we interact I take advantage of this very special
“opening” to encourage first- mindful awareness as the very first step toward reconnection
with their physical self and the MYRIAD of things going on that they’ve been estranged
from for decades or more!

A fascinating and user-friendly trek through the world of the skeleton, muscles, joints, movement, posture and the way in which they are used in yoga positions.
I warmly recommend the pleasure of this trek which will also improve your personal practice and teaching from an understanding of what is happening within.

Wow!!!
There really isn’t anything else like it. I am amazed by the precise graphics, the educational animation, and the short accurate explanations.
The section on problems and adaptations is really superb.
This is a super-effective tool for every yoga teacher that will raise the level of explanations and practice in the lesson.

The saying “one picture is worth a thousand words” comes to mind when you travel through the 3D world of the wonderful software prepared by Amit Gal Alon and Dr. Gill Solberg.
The software provides an inside view of the workings of the musculoskeletal system in different positions and poses.
The software is suitable for all those who engage in movement and not only for yoga teachers and students.

The software presents body anatomy in various asanas accurately and clearly. Through the software the material is presented to us without having to be present at lessons, so we have access to important material that helps us to build a lesson correctly and gradually through an understanding of the anatomy of the positions, the difficulties we may observe in students in the lesson, and ways of dealing with these difficulties.
I eagerly await additional updates and the analysis of more asanas.
Thank you so much for this important learning tool.
